Movie fans in the Niagara Region may be interested to hear that the Brock University Film Society has announced the first part of its schedule for the Fall semester. This is one of the few places in the area to see great independent and foreign films that would typically only be playing in major cities like Toronto. All screenings are on Sundays at 7 pm in the David S. Howes Theater at Brock U.
Sept. 17th - Who Killed The Electric Car?
Sept. 24th - Wah-Wah
Oct. 1st - Thank You For Smoking
Oct. 15th - The Road To Guantanamo
Oct. 22nd - Scoop
Oct. 29th - The Proposition
I’ve seen Thank You For Smoking and The Road to Guantanamo already, and would definitely recommend catching both of them. Stay tuned to the BUFS website for future announcements.

i dont know about any of these flicks that are showing at brock, i think that the only one that i would be interested in seeing is Thank You For Not Smoking.
last year i went to see Capote and it was great, im hoping BUFS gets better flicks.
